Linda Allen Hardisty

 

Linda Allen-Hardisty, B.Ed., M.Ed., PPCC, ACC, is the President of Allen-Hardisty Consulting Inc., a Saskatchewan-based firm for the “people side” of organizations, providing expertise for Leadership Development (Executive coaching; Leadership team development, and Peer advisory) and Management Consulting (Organization review and design; Organizational change management; and Strategic decision- making and facilitation). As a senior management consultant, certified executive coach, and TEC Canada Chair, Linda supports leaders and owners through strategically important imperatives. She has vast experience working with senior leaders, business owners, leadership teams and Boards. Industry experience includes: Utilities; Oil and Gas; Post-Secondary; Arts, Culture, Entertainment and Recreation; Information Communication Technology (ICT); Health; Retail; and Government. Prior to private practice, Linda held leadership positions at Farm Credit Canada (Director, Organizational Development) and the City of Regina (Manager, Strategy and Performance). She is a certified coach and a certified Emotional Intelligence practitioner EQi-2.0 and 360
