Nancy Smith

Nancy and her husband David have been business partners with Logia Consulting Inc. since 2009. Logia is a character-based consulting, coaching and training organization which assists in the transformation of people, teams and cultures. Nancy is passionate about helping others realize their full potential.


Nancy has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Regina, majoring in Computer Science. She is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and an Accredited Coach through CCF, Expedition and Future Achievement International (FAI). As well, she is certified as a Personal Leadership Effectiveness Trainer with FAI. Nancy is also on target to complete her certification in Spiritual Direction through the Institute of Psychological Sciences in the fall of 2017.


Prior to forming their company, Nancy worked for the Information Technology Division of SaskTel specializing in business process and data modeling. Previous to that, as a Para-legal, she managed the Real Estate Department at one of the largest law firms in Saskatchewan. Over the years, she has also spent a significant amount of time and energy in the Volunteer Sector, serving both boards and teams with her expertise in leadership, administration and technology.

Reading and travelling are two of the many ways Nancy embraces her love of learning. Highlights of her travels have been trips to Israel, Italy, Greece, Turkey and China. Some of her favorite leadership books are those authored by Patrick Lencioni and Jim Collins. Nancy lives with her husband Dave and the two youngest of their four children in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
