Lori Lipinski

Lori Lipinski is a high energy Certified Executive Coach and Management Consultant with over 25 years of experience working with people in nation-wide organizations.

Lori’s coaching and consulting experience includes working with Federal/Provincial Governments and Educational Institutions; the Private Sector including Mining, Energy/Oil and Insurance Companies; and various organizations in the Non-Profit Sector.

While holding a variety of Human Resource management and leadership positions in the federal public sector, Lori has collaborated with executives and their teams to enhance organizational and individual performance through improving activities of strategic planning, engagement, consultation and establishing internal and external partnerships. In leading large scale organizational transformation and transition initiatives, Lori has developed expertise in establishing national multi-disciplinary projects and teams involving numerous stakeholders. Lori has worked with Assistant Deputy Ministers and senior leadership teams to create new organizational entities while transitioning existing workforce and identifying talent gaps and strategies. Her experience includes providing strategic HR advice to executives and senior managers on complex issues and identifying risk and mitigation strategies.

Lori also led the development and implementation of a new Human Resources service delivery model across the country for over 6,000 clients and a national initiative to integrate human resource and business planning to drive organizational outcomes. Lori’s work has been recognized by the nomination for two Public Service of Canada awards for HR Leadership and providing Client Support in Strategic HR Management.

With significant experience in workforce management and development, and managing multi- disciplinary Human Resource organizations, programs and services in various unionized environments, Lori understands the complexity, dynamics and pressures that managers and employees are challenged with on a daily basis.

Lori stands in service to human beings, with a sincere interest in seeing people succeed. Using a coach approach, Lori partners with people to access their inner-knowing to reach their maximum potential and acts as their ‘thinking partner’ navigating complex situations to find optimal solutions and discover new possibilities. Her focus is to work with people to identify opportunities and achieve business and personal goals.

Lori holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Regina, is a Certified Executive Coach (Royal Roads University); an Associate Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation); Retirement Options Certified Coach; Licensed Facilitator Coaching Out of the Box® and a Certified Facilitator EXPEDITION Coaching® . Lori is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the International Coach Federation, Saskatchewan Chapter.
