As an Speaker, Facilitator and Executive Coach, Dianne’s mission is to assist leaders with clarity on how they lead themselves and others. She works with directors, managers and professionals at all levels in assisting them to enhance their communication skills, strengthen their relationships and effectively deal with conflict. She does this by creating a confidential, safe space for a trusting and respectful relationship to occur and that enables her clients to examine, explore and stretch.

A Professional Certified Coach (PCC), she has over three decades of experience in the public service in human resources and management. She has worked with leaders in the public service, communications, education, as well the electricity and oil and gas sectors. She also has experience in training and facilitating, leadership development, coaching, change management, human resources and administrative management. She currently has her own coaching practice in Winnipeg, Manitoba and works with clients from around the world. She is an Associate Faculty member at Royal Roads University teaching in the on-line executive coaching program. Her background includes working internationally, conducting leadership workshops and supporting leaders with coaching in Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

She is a graduate from Royal Roads University with an MA (Leadership & Training) and a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching. She also has a Degree in Conflict Resolution from the University of Winnipeg. She is a LEADS Certified Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation, Saskatchewan Chapter.
