Strategic. Positive. Genuine. Resourceful. Practical.

Stacey works with corporate leaders and other professionals to be great leaders, create greater well-being and balance, and thrive in challenging work environments, by being more resourceful, resilient and positive. She quickly connects with clients and builds strong relationships based on trust and openness, creates a safe environment as a sounding board and thinking partner, and provides enthusiastic, committed support for clients to realize sustainable change.

Stacey know possibilities can become realities when we shift our focus and habits and she truly believes in people’s ability to grow and change. In supporting clients, Stacey works with them to uncover what they really want and what’s most important to them, leverage their strengths and unique value, uncover and reframe what’s getting in their way, and shift thinking and behaviours to be more resourceful, resilient and positive. Her strength lies in bringing simplicity to common challenges and helping clients sort through the clutter to find the best path to accomplish their goals — she helps them see a path forward where they may see complexity or feel stuck.

Stacey incorporates positive psychology (PP) and neuroscience into her coaching and consulting. PP is the study of well-being and the factors that enable people to flourish and be at their best. Increasing happiness and well-being — positivity, engagement, relationships, meaning, achievement — fuel performance and success.

Stacey’s main areas of expertise lies in working with others to show up as great leaders, create greater well-being, be more balanced with their time, and building resilience. She also consults with organizations in executing their corporate strategy, bringing strong facilitation, objective perspective, and a collaborative attitude.

Stacey has more than ten years of corporate business experience, primarily within information technology, project and portfolio management, and enterprise-level strategy planning and execution. She has considerable experience working with senior leaders and professionals at all levels, based on building strong partnerships and relying on those relationships, communication and leadership to deliver results. Over time, she became fascinated by the people side of things and the correlation between positivity, relationships and business results. Although Stacey was on track for a bright future in her corporate career, she made the move into professional coaching and consulting to focus on what she loves: helping others succeed by capitalizing on their strengths and shifting their perspective and behaviours to accomplish what they want.

Stacey’s core values that show up in every interaction:

1. Honesty

2. Authenticity

3. Respect

4. Optimism

5. Open-mindedness
