Marina Jeffery, B.A., B.Ed., ACC

Marina Jeffery is principal consultant, learning facilitator, and career and leadership coach in Pursuit Learning and Consulting Ltd. in Regina. She worked in human resources in instruction, consulting, program or team manager roles for 15 years and has been an independent consultant and coach since 2008.

Marina’s career history is varied: she’s been an employee or contractor in the provincial government, a private insurer, a provincial crown utility and a federal crown corporation. Since starting her own practice in 2008, her major contract commitments have been as an organizational change management (OCM) consultant on the people side of changes for various kinds of projects – new processes, systems or technology and reorganizations. She supports her clients’ change leaders through group or individual coaching, consulting and facilitation.

In pursuit of creating lasting change through learning and to better understand and cope with health challenges in her circle of family and friends, Marina has researched brain health, positive habit development and the impacts of dementia on caregivers and has applied this learning to her coaching and consulting practice.

Marina has a B.A. from University of Saskatchewan, a B.Ed. from U of R, and is certified as:

  • Associate Certified Coach, International Coach Federation, 2014 - present
  • Appreciative Inquiry and Prosci Change Management methodologies
  • Various personality, work style and team assessments: e.g., Myers-Briggs Type Inventory, Human Synergistics assessments and simulations

Marina designs and delivers career, personal, team and leadership development programs, and especially enjoys her coaching work with change leaders or those who find themselves at a crossroad in their career.
