Associate Certified Coach (ACC)
I am the owner of Elevate Leadership Development. My company focuses on the leadership development for senior executives through to line managers. Clients often seek my coaching to: develop their vision and the confidence to lead others through challenging situations build influence with key relationships enhance team effectiveness strengthen communications skills increase awareness of leadership presence and style create alignment between the leader and the organization’s vision, mission, and values My coaching helps clients to develop new lenses to enhance their leadership style as well as to discover different ways to think about and to approach situations. I offer individual, team and group coaching. My work experience includes starting my career and working for our family business in telecommunications and real estate. Once I completed my B.Comm I moved into progressively more responsible positions until I became a Senior Human Resources Consultant at a large organization. I understand the challenges leaders face and their continual focus on building and sustaining culture, employee engagement, overcoming political challenges, creating accountability and producing results. I am currently the Chair of the Saskatchewan Chapter of ICF and have previously held the role of Director of the Prism Awards as well as the Co-Director of Community Support where we worked with a non-profit to deliver pro-bono leadership coaching to their leadership team. I am also a team coach with Leadership Saskatoon. I have a Master of Arts in Leadership through Royal Roads University (RRU) with a focus on creating relationship- building cultures to enhance the existing community. I received my Certificate in Executive Coaching (CEC) through RRU. I am certified in WorkStyle Patterns which identifies how you think about and carry out the work.
