Biography
Ryan is a certified executive coach and passionate about helping others achieve personal and professional growth and success. With over 20 years of leadership experience working in marketing, international recruitment and business development roles with for-profit, not-for-profit, big and small organizations, he has developed extensive business acumen, experience working with diverse cultures and teams, and understands the strategies and competitive demands at play. He is passionate about bringing people together and believes teamwork is the greatest organizational differentiator and competitive advantage, and that real people learn best working together with real people in real time on real problems. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Certificate in Leader’s Learning, a Graduate Certificate of Advanced Management Leadership and Strategy, and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching, has obtained the credential of Associate Certified Coach with ICF and working towards his Professional Certified Coach credential. Ryan’s coaching philosophy is to take a humanistic approach, meaning he believes clients are capable of achieving their goals, whether it is getting unstuck, personal or professional development, preparing for a career transition or rediscovering your unique, imperfect and brilliant self.
